Welcome to Run PT
I am a keen club runner, a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, National Winner of the 2020 AoC Sport Fitness Trainer Competition and UK Athletics Leader in Running Fitness based in Sale, Manchester. I would be delighted to help you achieve your running goals whether you are an experienced runner wanting to work on injury prevention, strength and conditioning, or a newer runner wanting to improve your running form, speed and endurance. As well as 1:1 personal training sessions (currently outdoors or via Zoom), I offer daytime interval sessions for all abilities, Zoom classes for runners and bespoke online training plans via my Run PT app.

Speedwork on the track or interval sessions on hills for runners of all abilities. Efforts are based on time (rather than distance) so cater for everyone. Combining fun & varied sessions with a focus on running technique. Includes a dynamic warm-up, strength work & cool down.
