I have a wide range of equipment, lots of energy and ideas to deliver sessions that will bring results (whilst still being enjoyable)! No two sessions will be the same but you will see real improvements in your fitness and strength.

I deliver my sessions in my private garden gym in Sale, Manchester.

There are many reasons why a runner might benefit from personal training. As a committed runner myself, I have a good understanding of what it takes to improve your running form, strength and power and address muscle weaknesses and imbalances to help you perform to your maximum potential and keep you running for as long as possible.

I will develop a bespoke Zoom session to meet your needs and work with any equipment you have available at home.
